Question 1

How often should I have my yard cleaned?

Accepted Answer

The frequency depends on your number of dogs and your yard usage. As a general rule: one small dog can usually be serviced weekly, while multiple dogs or larger breeds benefit from 2-3 times per week. We offer weekly, twice-weekly, and three-times-weekly service to fit your needs.

Question 2

What is your pricing structure?

Accepted Answer

Question 3

Do I need to be home when you service my yard?

Question 4

Accepted Answer

No, we don't require long-term contracts. Our service is month-to-month with no cancellation fees. We believe in earning your business with excellent service every visit, not locking you into a contract.

Question 5

What happens during bad weather?

Accepted Answer

We service rain or shine! In extreme weather (hurricanes, severe storms), we may reschedule for safety. We'll always communicate with you if there's any change to the schedule. Light rain won't stop us—your yard will stay clean regardless of the weather.

Is pet waste a health hazard in Florida?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pet waste contains harmful bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella, parasites such as hookworms, roundworms, and Giardia, and can contaminate soil and water. Question 17

Can pet waste damage my lawn in Florida?
